A.P., Telangana win U-14 boys’ handball title, Karnataka clinch girls’ championship

The National Handball Tournament 2026 (CISCE U-14) concluded in Hyderabad on Sunday, with Andhra Pradesh and Telangana winning the Under-14 boys’ title and Karnataka emerging champions in the girls’ category.
The three-day championship was held at Gitanjali Vedika from October 2 to 4, with 24 boys’ and girls’ teams from across the country participating. The finals and closing ceremony were attended by retired additional commissioner of police and senior national handball player Md. Tajuddin Ahmed as the chief guest.
