What a game—a comeback and plenty of drama! Arsenal wasn’t intimidated by a Chelsea team that struck first and ended up winning 2-1 in a London derby that had it all. Chelsea seemed to have the London derby under control after taking the lead early in the match, but Arsenal didn’t take long to respond. Mikel Arteta’s team took control of the game and tied it up before halftime, a play that put the home team right back in the game. Kai Havertz was the one to make it 1-1 in the 25th minute. The German capitalized on his chance and leveled the score before halftime. The equalizer changed the momentum of the match. Arsenal came out for the second half with renewed intensity and quickly found the goal that would ultimately decide the derby.
