Fans have mobilised to keep their consoles unplugged indefinitely , but such is the demand for the PS5’s most powerful model that third-party sellers are charging as much as $1,300 for the device on Amazon . That’s a huge mark-up on its $900 MSRP.
Stores like Best Buy and Target are also out of stock, although the former is flogging “open box” units just below MSRP.
