76 water sports boat owners in Udupi yet to renew licences, says CSP
The Coastal Security Police in Udupi have issued a warning to 76 water sports boat owners who have failed to renew their operating licenses. Authorities stated that these owners will face legal consequences if accidents occur while operating without valid permits.

The Coastal Security Police (CSP), Udupi, said on Friday that 76 owners of boats used for water sports under its jurisdiction are yet to renew their licences.
If the owners do not renew their licences, they will be held responsible in the event of any accident and legal action will be taken against them, a release from CSP headquarters in Udupi said.
The CSP said that out of 227 owners of boats used for water sports under its jurisdiction, 151 have obtained licences.
