58 shell companies registered at AAP HQs, party alleges conspiracy by BJP

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday alleged a conspiracy by the Bharatiya Janata Party-led central government, questioning how 58 unknown shell companies came to be registered at the address of its national headquarters. The BJP declined to comment on the allegations, when contacted.

AAP Delhi chief Saurabh Bharadwaj alleged that 58 Goods and Services Tax (GST) registrations were made after “Aadhaar verifications” under different names at the government bungalow, the party’s headquarters at 1, Canning Lane, New Delhi -- between July and September this year.
