The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department on Sunday (September 13) released the results of the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET)–June 2026. The examinations were conducted in the computer-based test (CBT) mode from August 5 to 16.

In a statement, AP TET-2026 convener M. Venkata Krishna Reddy said that of the 1,97,703 candidates who had appeared for the examinations, 90,862 qualified in 99,591 papers, recording an overall pass percentage of 45.63 among the papers attempted.

Among the in-service teachers, 74,711 had applied for 84,798 papers, while 72,288 appeared for 81,127 papers. Of them, 37,789 teachers qualified in 41,315 papers, resulting in a pass percentage of 50.93 among the papers attempted.

In comparison, 31,886 in-service teachers had appeared for the AP TET–October 2025 examinations, of whom 15,239, or 47.82%, had qualified.
