NEW DELHI: The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) on Friday alleged that its national organisation co-in-charge, Deepak Baliyan, had been placed under house arrest, claiming that around 40 police personnel in plain clothes were present at his residence.In a post on X, the CJP alleged that Alwar Police had returned to Baliyan’s residence after detaining him from his home at night.
