BAGHPAT: At least four people were killed and over two dozen injured when a passenger bus hit a road divider and overturned on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in UP’s Baghpat district early Monday, police said.The bus was carrying 32 people from Rajasthan to Budaun.The accident took place at around 12.30 am in the Khekra police station area.Following the incident, four Police Response Vehicles (PRVs) under Dial 112, along with ambulances and personnel from the Khekra police station, reached the spot and began rescue operations, Superintendent of Police Suraj Rai said.The injured were taken to Community Health Centres in Khekra and Baghpat, as well as the district hospital in Baghpat.
