350 DSC aspirants attend orientation programme in Paderu

A one-day orientation programme for District Selection Committee (DSC) examination aspirants was held at the S.R. Shankaran Meeting Hall in Paderu on Monday as part of a special initiative by District Collector T. Nishanthi.
A total of 350 aspirants attended the programme, organised to provide guidance, motivation, and examination-oriented support to unemployed youth aspiring for teaching positions.
Ms. Nishanthi advised the aspirants to make discipline, dedication, and determination their guiding principles. She stressed the need for systematic preparation, effective time management, and consistent effort.
Teachers who had secured excellent results in DSC examinations and are now serving as teachers shared their experiences and preparation strategies. Resource persons provided guidance on the examination pattern, syllabus, time management, answering techniques, and revision.
