PETALING JAYA: Police arrested five people and opened three investigation papers over separate incidents involving the Jalur Gemilang and the Johor flag being flown upside down in the state.
Johor deputy police chief Hoo Chuan Huat said the cases were reported in Kulai, Pelangi Indah and Iskandar Puteri, Harian Metro reported.
"Once investigations are completed, we will refer the investigation papers to the Attorney-General's Chambers for further prosecution instructions," he was quoted as saying.
