In a news release , officials say officers first responded to reports of a shooting at around 7 p.m. on June 4 in the area of Sandalwood Parkway and Crown Victoria Drive.
When officers arrived, they say they found a man suffering from “multiple gunshot wounds.” The victim, identified as 25-year-old Jamal Edwards, was pronounced dead at the scene.
