235 new police recruits in Northern Mindanao take their oath

BUTUAN CITY – A total of 235 new police recruits of the Police Regional Office 10 (PRO 10) took their oath of office and turnover ceremony for the 2026 Regular and Attrition Quota held at the regional police office headquarters in Camp Vicente G. Alagar, Cagayan de Oro City, on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Of the total, 92 were appointed under the regular quota, composed of 80 males and 12 females, while 143 were appointed under the attrition quota, consisting of 122 males and 21 females.

The regular quota also accommodated 22 excess male applicants from other police regional offices—14 from PRO 13 and eight from PRO 11—who were patched to PRO 10’s regular quota.
