A political group, Grassroot Governance Performance Awareness Network Initiative (GGPANI), has expressed confidence in the joint ticket of President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima for the 2027 presidential election, describing the pair as a united team capable of sustaining the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda. The National Leader of the group, Alhaji Korede Quadri, disclosed this in a statement on Monday, where he commended Tinubu for retaining Shettima as his running mate for the next general election. The group passed a vote of confidence in the Tinubu and Shettima ticket, saying the President’s decision had laid to rest months of speculation over the vice presidential slot while reaffirming confidence in the Vice President’s loyalty, competence and commitment to national service.
