The Rivers State chapter of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, has tackled the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, over his recent remarks about former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s The Morning Brief, the Rivers ADC spokesman, Chizzy Enyi, accused Wike of viewing every issue through the lens of politics. Enyi was reacting to Wike’s comments on the 2027 presidential election, in which Amaechi is the vice-presidential candidate of the ADC.
