2026 Ballon d’Or nominees: Full list revealed

The nominees have been revealed for the 2026 Ballon d'Or ahead of the award's presentation next month.

Football's most prestigious individual award will be presented at a landmark ceremony, in what appears an open race to be crowned football's best.

Harry Kane is regarded among the favourites, after scoring 61 goals in 51 games for German double winners Bayern Munich . The 32-year-old is aiming to become the first Englishman to win the award since 2001.

Kylian Mbappe outlined his belief that he should be presented with the 2026 Ballon d'Or this week, after becoming the World Cup's all-time leading scorer in the summer.
