On 17-18 June 2026, the ASEAN-Russia Commemorative Summit (ARCS) took place in Kazan in southwest Russia. The main aim of the summit was to mark 35 years of ASEAN-Russia relations and 20 years of dialogue part nership. [1] ARCS was an opportunity for both sides to review progress in the dialogue partnership, identify ways to strengthen relations and map out cooperative activities over the next five years.
