2022 Rajouri IED blast: Police file chargesheet against 4

JAMMU: J&K Police have filed a chargesheet against four terrorists, including a Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba handler, in a 2022 IED blast case.Two migrant labourers were injured in the explosion below Jaganaloo bridge in Rajouri district on April 19 that year. Kandi police station subsequently registered an FIR under relevant provisions of the IPC, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, and Explosive Substances Act.Three of the accused — Talib Hussain Shah, Mohammed Sadiq and Mohammed Shabir, all from Draj in Rajouri’s Kotranka tehsil — are already behind bars.
