CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela – Two pupils were killed and two others were injured after they were electrocuted during a fun run at the Cauayan South Central School in this city on Saturday, Oct. 3. Isabela Police Provincial Office Director Police Col. Manuel Bringas said the incident occurred at about 6:20 a.m.
