2 Keralam nurses among 5 killed in Saudi road accident
Five people, including four nurses from India, were killed in a road accident in Saudi Arabia's Makkah province after their vehicle overturned. The victims were traveling to Rania for shopping when the driver lost control of the car.

KOTTAYAM: Two nurses from Kottayam were among five people killed in a road accident in Saudi Arabia’s Makkah province on Friday, the weekend holiday in the kingdom.The deceased are Jaicymol Mathew, 46, wife of Freddy Jose of Kidangoor, and Jobina Johny, 26, of Vedagiri. Their colleagues Vijayalakshmi Jagadeesh, 36, and Hepsiba Devamani, 33, both from Tamil Nadu, also died, as did a Saudi national who was driving the vehicle. Hepsiba is a native of Pattukkottai in Thanjavur.Jaicymol is the daughter of the late Mathai and Eliamma of Kondoor, Mattakkara. Her funeral will be held at St Mary’s Knanaya Forane Church, Kidangoor. Jobina is survived by her mother, Beena, and a brother.
