For generations, St. Peter’s Village has stood in a narrow Pennsylvania ravine where rushing water, towering boulders and old stone buildings tell the story of a community shaped by mining. Now, the future of the historic Chester County village is set to hinge on a single auction, with the entire property going under the hammer and plans already in place for more than a hundred new homes.
