‘Employee Mitra’ helpdesks are being established at 17 super-specialty hospitals across Hyderabad to help Telangana government employees, pensioners and their dependents access information and services under the State’s New Employee Health Scheme (NEHS).

CEO of Rajiv Aarogyasri Healthcare Trust Zendage Hanumant Kondiba announced during the launch of an ‘Employee Mitra’ help desk at Continental Hospitals on Tuesday (August 25).

The help desks are intended to provide beneficiaries with easy access to information on treatments and healthcare services available under the NEHS at participating hospitals. Employees and pensioners will be able to obtain details about eligible medical services, treatment procedures and the care available to them under the scheme.
