108 years later, Indiana bike shop remains in same family with longtime staff

An Indiana tyre and bicycle business started by three brothers in 1918 is still operating under the same family ownership 108 years later. The business has also built an unusually loyal workforce, with several employees staying for more than four decades. A report published by local news outlet The Addison Times highlights the business's long history. Along with remaining in the same family for more than a century, the firm has kept a remarkably stable workforce. Six long-serving employees have retired after more than 40 years with the company, while some workers have stayed for as long as 50 years.
