URDANETA CITY, Pangasinan — Local agriculture and creativity were showcased Thursday, Sept. 24, at the “Kaing: Feast of the Farm” exhibit in a popular mall here.

The harvest-themed event conducted in partnership with Señor Tesoro College here featured a 10-foot fruit and vegetable platter inspired by the carabao, the country’s national animal and one of Urdaneta City’s recognized symbols.

Organizers said it aims to highlight local produce and recognize farmers behind the agricultural products featured in the event.

The platter highlighted how local farm produce can be presented through art and creativity.
