$1,000 invested in SpaceX stock 2 months ago is now worth - Finbold

SpaceX’s (NASDAQ: SPCX ) recovery from its post- IPO slump has paid off for investors who bought near the stock’s summer lows.
For instance, an investor who put $1,000 into SPCX stock on July 27, when shares traded at about $113, would now hold a position worth approximately $1,310 based on the latest closing price of $148.68, representing a gain of roughly 31%.
The rally marks a significant turnaround for the stock after a turbulent few months following SpaceX’s historic Nasdaq debut in June.
Although shares remain below their post-IPO high of $225.64, they have recovered significantly from their summer selloff lows.
SpaceX raised about $75 billion in its IPO, with total proceeds ultimately reaching $85.7 billion after underwriters exercised their overallotment option, valuing the company at roughly $1.77 trillion.
